Front Of House/ Administrator – Relief Team Worker (Zero Hours Contract)

Hourly Pay: £15 - &18 per hour + holiday pay (Depending on Experience.)

Location: London

Contract: Contract: Zero hours contract - seeking someone who is happy to work very ad-hoc work shifts as short notice

Shifts: Days

Working Hours: Between 08:30am – 05:30/6pm. Exact hours TBC.

Work model: Onsite

Williams Lea seeks an Ad-hoc, Multi Services Assistant to join us within our relief team!

Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Williams Lea employees, nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best cost company offshore locations.

Purpose of role:

Our relief team offers a flexible solution to Williams Lea, which will involve you, often working on critical projects on client sites. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking for extra hours/ work to support themselves through quieter periods. Due to the nature of this assignment, work volumes will be ad-hoc and sometimes come with a week or two notice. This role aims to provide cover amongst some of our busiest London clients sites, ensuring support is there for holidays and both short term & long-term sickness cover.

Your role will be varied depending on the needs of the individual client sites; however, core tasks can include welcoming clients and visitors to the office, organising and preparing hospitality, offering administrative support to the firm, reprographics and data related tasks. Every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach.

Key responsibilities:

Front of House / Reception, & Hospitality:

Efficiently and promptly answer client queries.
Adhere to all Williams Lea policies and procedures.
Interact courteously with clients and visitors, following company protocols.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence.
Assist with hospitality services, such as guest reception and refreshments.
Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.

Document Management, Reprographics &, Mail Services:

Organise and maintain physical and digital files.
Follow established procedures for document management.
Retrieve and archive documents as needed.
Assist with photocopying, printing, and other reprographic tasks.
Ensure accurate reproduction of documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Sort, distribute, and process mail according to company guidelines.

General Administrative Duties & Client Relationship Management:

Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet service levels.
Maintain a responsive and adaptable approach.
Recognise and understand client needs and translate client requirements into responsive services.
Foster positive relationships between Williams Lea and clients.

Personal attributes:

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to interact with people across a diverse range of backgrounds and levels.
Well presented with a professional manner.
Computer literate with good knowledge of all MS packages.
Quick learner.
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral
Hands on team worker.
Attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration.
You will be able to deal with urgent tasks in a timely and effective manner, and the ability to multitask is important for this position.
