Join our vibrant team as a Barista/All Rounder and be the heart of our bustling café! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks and beverages with precision and flair
Provide friendly, efficient customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed
Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, snacks, and light meals
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area to meet food safety standards
Manage cash register operations accurately and handle transactions efficiently
Support stock replenishment by monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Requirements

Previous barista experience or a strong interest in learning coffee-making techniques
Knowledge of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
Experience serving customers in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude
Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory checks
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods
Willingness to learn food preparation skills and assist with general store duties as required
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
