Sales Manager

The Massage Company | Ealing

Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,000 per annum + up to £3,000 performance bonus
Location: Ealing Centre (including reception shifts)

The Massage Company in Ealing is looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Sales Manager to drive membership growth and lead sales performance within our dedicated massage and wellness centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Leader to take ownership of a thriving membership business, combining hands-on sales leadership with operational support in an exciting and fast-growing wellness brand.

A successful Sales Manager is passionate about bringing high-quality massage to the mainstream and transforming it from an occasional treat into a routine and essential part of a healthier, more balanced lifestyle for our clients. You'll lead from the front, inspire your team to achieve ambitious sales targets, and play a key role in the continued success and growth of the Ealing centre.

What you'll do

Lead and inspire the team to achieve membership sales targets.
Convert enquiries into long-term members through exceptional customer engagement.
Drive customer retention, rebookings, and referrals.
Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, and corporate partners.
Deliver local marketing and outreach initiatives to generate new business.
Support the day-to-day running of the centre, including working reception shifts as part of the team.
Lead by example, creating an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role.
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong coaching, leadership, and people development skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A commercially focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Someone who enjoys working in a hands-on role within a customer-focused environment.
