Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Bookkeeper and become a vital part of our financial operations! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth day-to-day bookkeeping processes. Your expertise will help us uphold financial integrity and support our growth ambitions. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about precision in finance.

Duties

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments
Maintain accounts receivable records by issuing invoices and tracking incoming payments
Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries to support management decision-making
Assist with bank reconciliations and audit preparations to ensure compliance and accuracy
Monitor expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies
Collaborate with external accountants during audits or financial reviews to provide necessary documentation

Experience

Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Proficiency with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial recordkeeping
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Prior experience supporting month-end or year-end closing activities is a plus
