Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist VIP guests with seating arrangements and provide a warm, personalised service.

Offer detailed menu presentations and knowledgeable recommendations regarding daily specials and promotions.

Accurately record and place guest orders, advising on beverage pairings.

Extend complimentary services, including drinks, and ensure guests are aware of additional offerings.

Guarantee swift order execution and timely delivery to guest tables.

Address and resolve inquiries and concerns about hotel and lounge services.

Prepare and stock condiment stations, maintaining supply levels through coordination with procurement.

Orchestrate with housekeeping staff to uphold a hygienic and sanitised lounge environment.

Arrange buffet areas, ensuring food and drink presentation is both appealing and accessible.

Conduct ongoing checks to secure guest satisfaction and manage further service requests.

Safety and Company Policies:

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.

Complete safety training and certifications.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Support the team to reach common goals.

Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None required.
