We are looking to expand our team of well organised clinical team secretary/administrators, to provide an efficient support service to the Adult Learning Disabilities team based across two sites (Centre of Independent Living, Hartlepool and Wessex House, Stockton). There is the expectation for the successful candidate to travel to either of our bases in cases where cover is needed for leave, and for team meetings.
Due to the role requirements, attendance in base is required and therefore remote working would not be suitable for this role.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, have an understanding of administrative/clerical procedures, and experience of working in a busy office environment.
Applicants should be self-motivated, organised and have a flexible approach to work. The ability to work as part of a team as well as taking ownership of their own workload. A willingness to perform repetitive tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail and have the capacity to prioritise tasks whilst dealing sensitively with issues and maintaining confidential information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written coupled with proven secretarial skills and previous experience is essential.
