Full job description

Job Summary

Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break (unpaid))

Salary: Dependant on age.

Location: Brunel Road, Churchfields Industrial Estate, St Leonards on sea. There is on-site parking taken on first come first serve basis.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Assistant to join our busy and growing local group of manufacturing & engineering companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in finance and accounting within a supportive working environment.

Duties

Raising sales invoices
Purchase invoice matching
Data entry
Bank and account reconciliations
Credit control
General accounts administration support

Requirements

Have previous accounting experience or an Accounting A-Level/equivalent qualification
Be hardworking, reliable, and proactive
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Be confident working with numbers and data entry
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
