Job Overview

Hill Medical is a privately owned CQC healthcare provider offering medical aesthetics, private GP, hand surgery and menopause services.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team!

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional front-desk support and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a lively, supportive environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to excel.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage incoming calls and enquiries
Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring it reflects the organization’s positive image
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and diary management
Processing orders and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness
Other ad hoc support to clinicians

Skills

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Previous administrative experience that highlights proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and customer service
