Energy Sales Consultant

£27,000 – £55,000 (DoE) + Uncapped Commission

You’ll work alongside experienced specialists across procurement, trading, customer operations and commercial leadership, gaining exposure to a market most people only understand from headlines.

The opportunity

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. You will be trained properly, supported by experienced leaders and given the structure to develop real commercial capability over time.

What you’ll be doing

Speaking with business customers about their energy contracts and procurement approach
Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes
Building and managing your own commercial pipeline
Supporting tender discussions, pricing conversations and supplier negotiations
Working closely with experienced closers and commercial managers
Managing customer relationships professionally and compliantly
Operating in line with company standards, governance and processes

This role is designed to develop people properly. Many of our senior leaders started in frontline sales roles and progressed through the business by consistently delivering results.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in B2B sales
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Comfortable working in a target-driven commercial environment
Organised and capable of managing your own activity
Resilient, coachable and motivated to improve
Professional, disciplined and commercially aware
Interested in building a long-term career, not just finding your next role
