About us

The Wax Bar Newcastle is part of our award winning brand of salons with locations across Scotland, Newcastle & Belfast. We are professional, supportive and fast-paced.

Due to demand, The Wax Bar Newcastle are looking for a confident, experienced and talented individual to join our award winning team.

The salon is open Monday to Saturday, from 10am and open late a few evenings during the week so flexibility is preferred for shift patterns. We are ideally looking for a full time experienced therapist, we can offer a 4 day working week if preferred.

We offer a range of treatments and it would be an advantage to be qualified in some or all of these, however for the right candidate we would be able to offer additional training where required.

Ideally you should have the following:

- HNC/Level 2-3 or equivalent with at least 1 year of salon experience.

- We pride ourselves on offering our famous waxing techniques so previous training and experience would be advantageous however we can offer conversion training for the right candidate

- We also offer the following treatments: Laser Hair Removal, LVL Lashes, Fluffy Brows (Brow Lamination), HD Brows, The Gel Bottle nail treatments and pedicure so experience in all or some of these would be beneficial however we offer training for the right candidates.
