The Role: Complex Care Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £18.00 per hour
Location: Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64

We provide 24-hour, around-the-clock care. Shifts will include a mix of days, waking nights, and alternate weekends, depending on the package.

Contract Type: Permanent, with immediate start available.
We offer the below contract options:

Full time – 36 hours

Part time - 24 Hour Contract

Bank – 0 Hours Contract

Shift Pattern:

Days: – 7:00AM – 7:00PM

Nights: – 7:00PM – 7:00AM

DBS: Preferred / update service desirable

Driver with access to a vehicle: Preferred.

It's important to note that we recruit with a person-centred approach, meaning successful candidates will primarily work on one of our packages based in a single location. However, there is also the potential to work across various packages within the area.

Are you ready to make a genuine difference in a person’s life?

You will provide compassionate support to a gentleman in his late 20s who has sustained a C1 spinal injury.
Duties will include moving and handling, personal care, pressure care, tracheostomy care, bowel care, and administering medication.

Our clients really look forward to meeting their new carers and can’t wait to introduce themselves if you successfully progress to the meet and greet stage.

Training:

To be considered for this position, you will need:
