FRIDAY CHANGEOVER TEAM MEMBER ** Immediate start**

This is a self employed role. Must have previous cleaning experience.

We are a five star property management company based in West Cornwall. The service we offer to our clients is of an exceptionally high standard and as a result of the personalised 5* service we offer, we have become a very successful holiday property management company covering properties through from Lands End to the Lizard.

As a five star property management company, we pride ourselves on delivering a 5-star service to both our property owners and our holiday guests so we are looking for two individuals that can support this in their attitude and work ethic. The individuals we are looking for will be self employed and will need to possess a can-do attitude and be thorough in their work. You MUST have a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach, accepting only the very best results from yourself and your team members. The individual's role will be to prepare, clean, and manage a portfolio of holiday lets in Porthleven, so previous experience in this field is essential. The individual must be wiling to prove their ability and excel in their role.

Your changeover will commence on Friday at either 9 or 10am depending on the properties assigned, and will end when the changeover is complete which can be up to 3pm depending on the number of guests staying.

Please only apply if you have previous housekeeping experience. Only experienced housekeepers need apply that understand the quality of work needing to be achieved at this level. Full driving licence also essential.

*Please note, we also have a position for a Friday and Saturday in Sennen, West Cornwall for individuals that were closer to that location*

Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with 5 star property standards.
Perform changeover duties, including dusting, vacuuming, glass cleaning and sanitising surfaces. A keen eye for detail is a must.
Make up guests beds to a high standard
Follow an inventory to ensure all property equipment is not missing and in situ
Clean communal areas including kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring presentation is a top priority
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Do stock takes and report to management
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
Adhere to all health and safety and fire regulations while performing duties.
