Role Summary

Parkacre is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing incoming enquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring all queries are efficiently triaged and directed to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, and confident in handling a variety of customer interactions while supporting the wider sales function.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Efficiently triage enquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or internal teams
Provide accurate basic information about Parkacre products and services
Maintain a professional and friendly approach when interacting with customers
Log and track enquiries to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system, ensuring all enquiries, interactions and opportunities are recorded in a timely manner.
Maintain organised records of customer communications
Assist in identifying sales opportunities from inbound enquiries
Coordinate customer visits, including scheduling, preparation, and ensuring a positive on-site experience
Maintain confidentiality of customer, supplier and company information and comply with company policies relating to data protection and information security.
Flexibility may be required to provide holiday and absence cover within the Sales Team and Reception function.

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple enquiries efficiently
Good organisational and administrative skills
Confident telephone manner
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Previous experience in a reception, sales support, or customer service role is desirable
