Two male individuals with mental health and complex challenging behaviour.

1. Complex service with 1-1 support requirements

2. Active encouragement required for independence.

3. Staff Consistency required due to being part of a large team.

Rota details (days/nights / hours per week / days / weekends)

Day shifts - 08.00 - 21.00
