Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote aesthetic treatments and products, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the beauty or aesthetic industry, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving environment dedicated to enhancing clients' confidence and appearance.

Duties

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Conduct consultations to explain procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions in a clear and professional manner
Develop customised treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
Manage sales processes efficiently, including negotiation and closing deals to achieve sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communications
Organise appointments, manage client records accurately using IT systems, and ensure timely scheduling of treatments
Drive business growth through B2B sales initiatives and networking within the industry
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services via social media platforms and other channels
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the organisation's standards of hygiene and safety

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
Proven experience in B2B sales within the aesthetic or beauty industry is desirable
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT systems for managing appointments, client records, and sales data
Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
Ability to drive confidently between locations as required for client meetings or promotional events
Good understanding of IT tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and social media management tools
Strong organisational skills to plan daily activities strategically
