Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead culinary operations, supervise kitchen staff, and contribute to the creation of innovative menus. Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety regulations
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation
Ensure all food production meets quality standards and complies with health and safety legislation
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a busy hospitality setting
Supervising experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Demonstrated expertise in culinary techniques and food presentation
Previous restaurant experience is preferred
