Full job description

Initially three days per week, with a planned transition to full time as the Commerce division grows. Remote | Applicants must be based in London or the surrounding area

The Wyld Bunch is a specialist social media, influencer marketing and social commerce agency working with some of the world’s best known brands across licensing, toys, entertainment, games, confectionery and lifestyle. We help brands grow through social media, YouTube, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop and social commerce, delivering measurable commercial results for our clients. As demand for our commerce services continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Commerce Manager to join the business and help build this exciting division. This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder, take ownership of a growing portfolio of client accounts and play a significant role in shaping the future of The Wyld Bunch.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not an entry level position. We’re looking for someone with proven, hands on experience managing TikTok Shop who can confidently take ownership of multiple client accounts from day one. You’ll be responsible for the commercial performance and day to day management of several TikTok Shops, using GMV Max, Open Affiliate and proven social commerce strategies to drive growth. Working alongside our Social, Influencer and YouTube teams, you’ll ensure every client’s commerce strategy is fully integrated with their wider marketing activity.

LOCATION

This is a remote role with no fixed office. Applicants must be based in London or the surrounding area and able to travel easily for client meetings, workshops, events and occasional team sessions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TIKTOK SHOP

Launch and manage multiple TikTok Shops.
Build and maintain product catalogues.
Create and manage SKUs, collections and product information. * Manage pricing, vouchers, promotions and campaigns.
Monitor and maintain excellent Shop Health.
Optimise merchandising, conversion and overall commercial performance.
Ensure every Shop is accurate, organised and fully optimised.

GMV MAX

Create, manage and optimise GMV Max campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Optimise creative selection and campaign structure.
Maximise return on advertising investment. * Produce regular performance reports.

OPEN AFFILIATE

Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate creators.
Build long term creator relationships.
Coordinate product seeding and affiliate campaigns.
Identify and scale high performing affiliates.
Increase affiliate driven sales across multiple brands.

COMMERCE OPERATIONS

Coordinate product launches.
Work closely with fulfilment and inventory partners.
Support Shopify integrations where required.
Maintain promotional calendars.
Resolve operational issues efficiently.
Continuously improve internal systems and workflows.

REPORTING & COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE

Produce weekly trading reports.
Analyse sales, conversion and product performance.
Monitor key performance indicators.
Identify commercial opportunities and present recommendations to clients and the wider team.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Applicants should be able to demonstrate practical experience across most of the following:

Managing TikTok Shops.
Product catalogue management.
SKU creation and maintenance.
GMV Max campaign management.
Open Affiliate management.
Affiliate recruitment and onboarding. * Promotional planning and execution.
Shop Health optimisation. * Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Commercial reporting and performance analysis.
Managing multiple brands or product ranges simultaneously.

Applications from candidates without practical TikTok Shop, GMV Max and Open Affiliate experience are unlikely to be considered.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Agency experience.
Influencer marketing.
Consumer brands.
Toys, entertainment, licensing or FMCG.
Paid social advertising.
Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.

Pay: £1,350.00-£1,500.00 per month
