Overview

We're looking for an organised, proactive and confident individual to join our multi faceted property management company. Previous experience in property or lettings isn't essential - we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

This is a varied office-based role where you'll play a key part in keeping our property portfolio running smoothly. You'll be responsible for ensuring everything is organised, compliant and completed to a high standard while providing excellent service to landlords, tenants and contractors.

Duties

Managing property compliance and ensuring all records are up to date.
Maintaining accurate client and property records.
Chasing outstanding rent payments.
Organising property inspections and coordinating maintenance issues.
Booking appointments with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Sending work orders to contractors.
Uploading and processing invoices.
Drafting tenancy agreements and notices.
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors by phone and email.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident with a professional telephone manner.
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks.
Good with numbers and accurate when handling information.
Proactive and able to use their own initiative.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, positive and eager to learn.
Able to cross-sell services confidently and effectively.
