Full job description

We're looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to join our team and take ownership of growing our brand across Instagram and TikTok.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has a proven track record of building engaged audiences and running profitable paid advertising campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media growth strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.
Grow our follower base with genuine, engaged audiences using organic and paid strategies.
Plan and coordinate engaging content that drives reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for the lowest cost per lead and best return on ad spend.
Analyse data and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.

Requirements

Proven experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Demonstrable success running lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
