RESORT: Woodford Bridge Country Club

LOCATION: Milton Damerel, EX22 7LL

HOURS: 40 per week

Are you looking for a unique and exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry? Look no further! We are seeking a Leisure Centre Supervisor to join our team at Woodford Bridge Country Club. Reporting to the Resort Manager, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Manage a team of motivated and skilled employees to provide an efficient and effective Leisure Centre experience for our guests
Ensure Health and Safety checks are done and adhered to at all times
Recruit and on board new team members where necessary
Administrative duties
Vigilance in checking and monitoring standards of cleanliness throughout the Leisure Centre
Familiar with and able to train guests on the safe usage of gym equipment

Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:

Previous experience in a Leisure Centre environment
Previous experience leading a team of employees would be beneficial
The ability to multi task and work under pressure
Good communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach
Good / strong swimmer
Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach

The role requires the successful candidates to work 40 hours per week, including weekend and Bank Holiday work on a shift/rota basis. Own transport is required due to the location of the resort.
