Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients before and during service to support smooth operations.
Operate the till, process cash and card payments, and answer telephone orders.
Prepare and serve food and beverages to a consistent, high standard.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and general housekeeping.
Support stock management by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages.
Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and pass feedback to managers.
Follow company policies on appearance, hygiene, and uniform.
Work safely and responsibly, complying with all food hygiene, health & safety, and operational procedures.

Role Expectations

Availability to work evenings and weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.
Deliver outstanding customer service when greeting customers and answering calls.
Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and guidance on menu items.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including dishwashing, workstation cleaning, and floor care.
Be accurate and vigilant when handling payments, including awareness of fraudulent transactions.
Work as part of a team in a busy takeaway environment, supporting colleagues during peak times.
Follow established guidelines, processes, and training to ensure consistent quality and safety.
