Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Fixed-Term Contract – 6 Months (Potential Extension)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm (25 hours per week)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy team within the retail installation industry on a fixed-term 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining installation schedules and work programmes
Updating and managing project and client information
Using Microsoft Excel to track projects, resources, and performance data
Liaising with installation teams, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
Preparing reports, documents, and administrative paperwork
Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience creating and managing schedules or work plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Professional and positive attitude

Desirable

Experience within the retail installation, construction, facilities management, or project coordination sectors
Knowledge of scheduling or workforce planning systems
