Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist and Food & Beverage (F&B) Staff member, where your enthusiasm and exceptional guest service skills will create memorable experiences for our visitors. In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, managing front desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries, and supporting our F&B team to deliver outstanding service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a lively environment that values hospitality excellence, multilingual communication, and proactive guest engagement. Whether you’re greeting guests, handling reservations, or assisting in food service, your positive energy will be the cornerstone of our guests’ satisfaction.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services
Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Answer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
Assist guests with their needs throughout their stay, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience
Support the F&B team by serving food and beverages in accordance with hospitality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and F&B service areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and uphold hotel standards for hospitality excellence

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel reception or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are highly desirable
Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently with guests from all backgrounds
Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and guest services best practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
Prior experience in food & beverage service is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
A friendly demeanor combined with professionalism to foster a welcoming environment for all guests
16-20 Hours per week, including weekends, Early morning start & late finish.

Pay: £12.71-£12.75 per hour
