About the Role
As a Dental Nurse at North House Dental & Aesthetic Clinic, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians across a wide range of treatments.
This role goes far beyond chairside assistance. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating outstanding patient experiences, maintaining the highest clinical standards and contributing positively to the continued success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside support for general, cosmetic and restorative dental treatments
- Assist with Invisalign, implant and cosmetic procedures (training provided where required)
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by helping patients feel relaxed, informed and cared for throughout their visit
- Prepare surgeries, instruments and materials to the highest standards
- Maintain excellent cross-infection control and decontamination procedures in accordance with CQC and HTM 01-05 guidance
- Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organised and fully stocked
- Maintain accurate clinical records and support administrative tasks where required
- Assist with digital workflows including scanning and photography (training available)
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day practice operations
- Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement throughout the practice
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and takes pride in their work.
You will ideally have:
- Current GDC registration as a Dental Nurse
- At least two years' chairside experience (preferred)
- Experience within private dentistry (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- A calm, positive and professional approach
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- High standards of professionalism, reliability and patient care
Experience with Invisalign, implants, digital scanning or treatment coordination would be advantageous but is not essential, as training and development will be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours
Almost Full-time position.
Working days and hours will be discussed during the interview process and will include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and occasional Saturdays on a rota basis (if applicable).
