Job Description:

Northern Property are recruiting for an Administrator to work as part of our vibrant team in our fast-paced, customer service-driven Estate Agency. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate.

We are fast becoming one of the largest agencies in Belfast and are specifically known for our high levels of customer satisfaction to vendors, landlords and tenants. We have an experienced team of enthusiastic professionals with an abundance of energy and require an additional team member to add to the growing business.

DUTIES ARE AS BELOW BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence

· Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance

· Filing and archiving

· Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations

· Compiling reports

· Managing diaries for team members

· Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events

· Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues

· Processing invoices

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

You should have strong organisation

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills both verbally & written

Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use

Knowledge of compliance & safety desirable

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm on a rota basis
