Position: Milk Round’s Person
Location: Cheeks Farm, Bentley, Gu10 5HD
Salary: £32,000 per year, comprising of £29,600 salary and target £2,400 bonus.

Job Summary: Join Milk Club, a sustainability-focused milkman service delivering local food products with zero single-use plastic and return and reuse packaging. Recently awarded Hampshire's Medium Business of the Year and Sustainability Champion.

As a Milk Round’s Person, you'll play a crucial role in providing reliable, eco-friendly deliveries using our modern electric milk floats.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a full time rounds person who is reliable, comfortable working nights by themselves and has good attention to detail. This is a permanent PAYE role.

Work 5 nights a week, 40 hours/week. Two week rota with week 1 working Mon- Fri nights; Week 2 working Sun, Mon, Wed and Fri night. Typical start time 11.30pm and finish time 6-7.30am
Load the van with pre-picked stock and unload empties at the end of the shift.
Drive approximately 75 miles a night, delivering to around 150 customers on a pre-set route.
Pick up empties from customers for return to the farm.

Requirements:

Multi drop delivery experience
Van driving experience
6 or fewer points on license
6 years driving experience, or over 30 years old (for insurance purposes)
Comfortable using apps to read orders, delivery notes, mark deliveries off and use sat nav apps.

Challenges:

Comfortable working alone and at night.
Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
Able to work in various weather conditions.

Benefits:

Salary of £29,600 per year, paid monthly.
£2,400 annual bonus based on attendance and performance.
