Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations, understanding concerns and explaining treatment options, timelines, risks, and costs.
Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to create personalized treatment plans and present them to patients.
Schedule and coordinate appointments across the patient journey, including follow-ups.
Provide clear financial guidance, including cost estimates, insurance coverage, and payment options.
Maintain regular communication with patients regarding appointments, progress, and care instructions.
Offer empathetic support to patients, addressing anxieties or concerns and enhancing their overall experience.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and financial details in practice management software.

Requirements:

Qualified Dental Nurse with professional registration preferred.
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a patient-facing dental role is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatments, and terminology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Empathy and compassion to support patients throughout their treatment journey.
Familiarity with dental practice management software; understanding of insurance and billing is a plus.
Commitment to ethical guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.
