SALES/LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Sales/Lettings Negotiator required for local and busy Estate agent.

We are currently looking to recruit a highly driven Sales and Lettings Negotiators.

We are looking for a staff who is personable, caring, eagerness to learn, energetic, team player and adapt to ever evolving property industry.

Must have a direct sales experience and live within 7miles from the Croydon.

Essential:

Clean UK driving License

You are require to work 5 days are week, including Saturday , with a day off during the week. Working hour will be 9.30 am to 6.30pm Mon to Fri (Monday &Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm.)Good commission goes with this position

The team are an independent estate agency with a warm, family-oriented atmosphere, based in the busy community of Loughton.

The team are passionate about providing exceptional service to both their clients and the community that they are within.

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in their agency, working closely with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful property transactions.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with ideally at least 6 months of experience as either a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator to further develop their skills and knowledge in both sides of the property industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Interaction : Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and letting process.
Viewings : Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants, showcasing properties in their best light and providing insightful information.
Market Appraisals : Schedule and coordinate market appraisal appointments (valuations) with potential clients.
Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, contributing to the expansion of our...
Contacting Vendors and Completing AML
Being aware of Legislative changes within Sales and lettings industry and within the Company
