Full job description

Skylink Lifts Ltd are looking for a full-time member of staff for our Mirfield office. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.

The role is an office based customer service role, predominantly dealing with enquiries for our 'We Buy Any Stairlift' services. Applicants should have similar customer service orientated experience and an excellent telephone manner would be an advantage, although full training will be given.

Job Role Requirements:

· Answering calls and email enquiries and providing quotes for services

· Organising engineer schedules across the UK

· Booking appointments

· Liaising with engineers and clients

· Following up quotes provided

· Managing data spreadsheets and updating CRM

· Handling cash and sending payment requests to clients when required

About you (the applicant):

· You must have excellent attention to detail and good administrative skills

· You should be comfortable using a computer and mobile phone

· You must have excellent organisational skills

· You should have a friendly, helpful and professional telephone manner

· A knowledge of UK postcodes and motorway networks would be advantageous but not essential

· You must be a good communicator and able to work well both in a team, and independently with minimal supervision.

· You must be both reliable and punctual
