Are you a customer-focused leader with a passion for delivering excellent service and creating welcoming environments? Do you have the energy and organisation to lead a front-facing team in a fast-paced leisure setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team at Unique Fitness, based at the University of Bradford.

This is a part-time role (19 hours per week, Saturday to Sunday). We invest in our people and offer opportunities for development within a supportive and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the front of house operation, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality customer experience
Manage and support front of house staff, including rotas, training, and day-to-day supervision
Deliver consistent, excellent customer service across all customer-facing areas
Act as first point of escalation for customer queries and complaints
Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure all health and safety checks are completed
Manage bookings, memberships, income reconciliation, and administration systems
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
Ensure accurate incident reporting and compliance with procedures
Deputise for senior operational staff when required

About You

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation organisation to fund training)
Gym Instructor qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation organisation to fund training)
