We're looking for a motivated team player who takes pride in producing quality work and wants to grow with a successful business.

Job Purpose

As a Soft Signage Production & Finishing Operative, you'll manufacture, finish and prepare high-quality signage products, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and finish flags, banners and tension fabric systems.
Operate finishing equipment, including conveyor sewing machines, industrial sewing machines, eyelet presses, zünd cutters and packaging equipment.
Measure, trim, cut, fold and sew silicone edge graphics.
Read job sheets and follow production specifications.
Carry out quality checks throughout production and at final checking stage.
Report any production issues to the Sewing Production Team Leader or Print Manager.
Package and label finished products for dispatch.
Support continuous improvement and work closely with production, print and dispatch teams.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Experience in a manufacturing, production, print or finishing environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Good practical and manual handling skills.
Ability to use measuring equipment accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good IT skills.

Desirable

Positive, proactive attitude.
Flexible approach to changing workloads.
Problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new machinery and processes.

Physical Requirements

The role involves standing for long periods, manual handling of fabrics and finished products, repetitive production tasks, and working safely with production machinery.

Pay: £12.75-£13.40 per hour
