The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our successful Tiverton team.

Whether you already have experience in estate agency or are looking to start a new career, we are interested in people with the right attitude, personality and drive to succeed. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout their property journey
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
Negotiating offers and progressing transactions
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Generating business opportunities and helping grow market share
Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Professional, positive and enthusiastic
Ambitious and highly motivated
Organised with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator, both written and verbal
Customer focused with a genuine desire to help people
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Keen to learn and develop a successful career

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Positive, proactive and professional approach

Desirable

Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, sales or customer service
Knowledge of the local Tiverton area and surrounding villages

Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm

1 in 4 Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
