Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Administrator Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and administrative support. As a key member of the HR department, you will assist with various HR functions, develop essential skills, and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment. This role is perfect for someone eager to kick-start their career in human resources while learning from experienced professionals.

Duties

Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, from pre-employment checks to issuing contracts.
Producing reports and management data.
Producing written documents such as letters.
Maintaining and updating accurate HR records and systems.
Responding effectively and professionally to HR queries.
Ensuring confidential handling of employee information.
Scheduling meetings and taking notes where required.
Maintaining training records.
Attend lessons and study towards the HR support Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Requirements

GCSE in Maths and English with Grade C/4 or above.
GCSE in ICT with grade C/4 or above (desired).
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information verbally and in writing.
Experience with data entry and administrative tasks demonstrating attention to detail.
Experience using Microsoft Office systems such as Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience managing and responding to emails professionally.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
Strong IT and customer service skills.
Enthusiastic team player eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment. This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with valuable skills in human resources operations while supporting your professional growth. Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, times to be confirmed and are flexible.

Closing date- Wednesday 2nd September

Pay: £15,600.00-£24,784.50 per year
