Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting prospective students, providing information about our programmes, and supporting the enrolment process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent our institution and contribute to its growth by connecting with potential students through various marketing channels. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about education.

Responsibilities

Develop, plan and implement international student recruitment strategies
Implement strategies to enhance the conversion rate of prospective students to successful enrolments
Organise webinar, recruitment events and education fair to boost student recruitment activities
Guide students on university options, courses, and admission requirements
Assist prospective students throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth enrolment experience
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential students, parents, and educational partners
Advise educational institutions on policies and procedures, and the introduction of new technologies such as Edtech solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience in student recruitment or higher education consulting
In-depth knowledge of UK universities, courses, and admission processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to connect with a broader range of prospective students
