Workshop Technician – Campervan Conversions

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
No weekend work

Relive Campers is a growing campervan conversion business, and we are looking for an experienced and practical Workshop Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on campervans and conversions, so we are ideally looking for someone who already has experience working with campervans, caravans, motorhomes, vehicle conversions or a similar practical workshop environment.

Training can be provided in areas specific to our builds, but we are looking for someone who already has a good level of practical ability and experience using tools. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing a high standard of finish and wants to develop their skills within a growing business.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and fitting campervan interiors
Working on full and partial campervan conversions
Fitting furniture, panels, flooring and interior components
Installing various campervan parts and accessories
Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
Carrying out general workshop duties
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working as part of the team to complete builds efficiently and to a high standard

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with campervans, caravans, motorhomes or vehicle conversions
Good practical and mechanical ability
Experience using hand and power tools
Good attention to detail
A high standard of workmanship
A reliable and punctual attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn and develop new skills

What we offer:

Salary of £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
Monday to Friday working hours
8:00am–4:30pm
No weekend working
