Pre-Pour Reinforcements Ltd is a newly launched manufacturing company based in Woolpit, specialising in steel reinforcement for the UK construction and civil engineering industries.

Backed by decades of industry experience, we’re building a modern, high-quality operation from the ground up, combining proven expertise with new technology and a fresh approach.

We’re now looking for a Yard Operative to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our site.

The Role

This is a hands-on role within a busy and growing operation.

You’ll be responsible for:

Safe movement and handling of steel reinforcement products, including mesh and bar
Operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials across the site
Supporting production and yard operations to ensure work flows efficiently
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

This is a physical role that requires awareness, precision, and a strong focus on safety at all times.

About You

Previous forklift experience (essential)
Experience working with steel, mesh, or similar heavy materials (desirable)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
A strong team player with a good work ethic
