Due to continued growth, RJC Lowloaders Ltd is looking to recruit professional, reliable drivers to join our expanding team.

We are currently recruiting for:

Class 1 HIAB Wagon & Drag Drivers
Class 2 Rigid HIAB Drivers
Class 1 Drivers – Construction Machinery & General Haulage

Based from our modern depot at Ditchford Mill, Rushden, Northamptonshire, you'll become part of a well-established family-run business operating throughout the UK with a modern fleet of specialist transport vehicles.

The Role

Depending on your position, you'll be involved in transporting:

Construction and plant machinery
Rail infrastructure equipment
Portable buildings and modular units
Containers
General haulage
Specialist HIAB lifting and transport

Our work is varied, challenging and rewarding, with no two days the same.

Hours of Work

Guaranteed full-time, permanent employment
Typical working week 50–60 hours
Overtime available
Typically 1–2 nights out per week (depending on workload)
Consistent work throughout the year

What We're Looking For

Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
HIAB experience preferred for HIAB roles (ongoing training and development available)
Professional, reliable and safety-conscious
Good customer service and communication skills

Typical earnings of £50,000–£65,000 per year, depending on role, overtime and nights out
