Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Aftersales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing aftersales processes, and supporting clients with their vehicle needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic automotive environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who are proactive, organised, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival or contact, establishing a positive rapport.
Manage customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution, this involves contact between the company and our Legal Department, in resolving claims.
Investigate issues thoroughly and gather information from relevant departments.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all stages.
Computer literacy is very important, a good knowledge of Microsoft office applications, emails play a big part of our process.
Contacting outside bodies by phone for updates on case files
Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, and follow-up actions to maintain organised files.
Ensure outcomes are fair, consistent, and in line with company policy.
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
A collaborative approach to working across teams.
Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn about vehicle systems is required.

A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive services who thrive in a customer-focused environment and wish to build a career in the industry.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
