Full job description

We are an Animal Feed Manufacturer based in a rural location and supplying Farmers locally and in the surrounding Counties.

This is a permanent role within the Company for an experienced Person to work as part of our small Office Team.

The Role:

Your primary role will be checking supplier invoices are correct and entering them onto Sage 50 Accounts. In addition as part of a small team you will be required to perform general office administration tasks such as:

Answering the phone
Take Customer orders
Process Customer orders
Serve Customers at trade counter
Process payments using card terminal
Communicating with Suppliers
Raising Purchase & Sales Orders
Completing Delivery Notes
Processing Invoices

The ideal Candidate will have:

Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting package
Experience working in an Office environment
Excellent numeracy skills
Good IT skills including using Microsoft Office
An excellent Customer service approach

We can offer:

A Full-Time position, 34 hours / week. Our Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm and the job will be for 4 days a week. Monday & Friday are essential the other two days to be agreed .

20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (Pro-rata).

Work Remotely

Pay: £12.75 per hour
