Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Hotel Assistant to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this varied role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service across the hotel, restaurant, and bar, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued throughout their stay. Your energetic approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will help provide a seamless guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments, you will assist with front desk operations, food and beverage service, and bar duties, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service at all times. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills, gain valuable experience in hotel reception, restaurant and bar operations, and contribute to delivering a first-class guest experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages as needed
Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible
Manage reservation systems, update guest records, and process payments securely
Support guests throughout their stay by offering personalized assistance and resolving any issues quickly

Requirements

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Strong guest service orientation with a passion for hospitality excellence
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills including reservation software familiarity are desirable
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
