Entertainment & Performance Manager l BAM Karaoke Box | Victoria, London

£45,000–£48,000 + Benefits

We're not looking for a typical Assistant Manager.

We're looking for someone who can own the room.

A natural performer. A confident host. A leader who thrives in front of guests whilst delivering exceptional operational standards behind the scenes.

At BAM Karaoke Box, we're searching for a unique individual who can shape the atmosphere, lead the team, engage a crowd and create unforgettable guest experiences, whilst ensuring the venue operates smoothly and professionally.

Based in our flagship Victoria venue, you'll help lead one of London's most exciting hospitality and entertainment destinations, featuring 22 private karaoke rooms, destination cocktail bar Bam Bam, corporate events, celebrations and immersive guest experiences unlike anywhere else in the city.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable hosting an entertainment experience as they are running a busy service.

The Role

As Entertainment & Performance Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the floor and a key member of the management team.

You'll act as Manager on Duty, leading service, driving standards and ensuring every guest experiences the energy and atmosphere that BAM is known for.

You'll help host and deliver entertainment experiences, engage guests, support corporate events and bring personality to the venue, whilst maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, team development and commercial performance.

We're looking for someone who understands that great entertainment and great operations go hand in hand.

Alongside leading the guest experience, you'll have the opportunity to develop, curate and deliver new daytime and corporate propositions designed to attract new audiences and unlock additional revenue opportunities.

Whether that's themed events, hosted experiences, team-building concepts, singing clubs, community-led activities or entirely new reasons for guests to visit BAM during the day, we're looking for someone who brings ideas as well as energy.

About You

You'll probably be someone who naturally gravitates towards the centre of the action.

You may come from hospitality, entertainment, holiday parks, experiential venues, competitive socialising or event-led environments.
