Join the Avon Valley Nurseries Team as a Nursery Practitioner!

Location: Keynsham: Avon Valley Nursery and Preschool
Hours: Full Time option of 38 or 40 hours per week over 4 days
Salary: Up to £14.70 per hour Dependant on experience and qualification

The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:

Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
Support all children, including those with SEND
Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
Build strong relationships with parents
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation

Level 2 or Above Early Years qualification
You’re great at creating engaging learning experiences
You’ve got experience with EYFS and ideally Famly
You’re proactive, organised, and full of positive energy

You’re (almost!) as fun as the rest of us
