Overview

Department: Estate Agency

Location: Dundee

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Reporting to: Property Manager/Director of Residential Property

Job Type: Permanent

Closing date: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews held on a rolling basis.

Overall Responsibilities Include

Support the firm in its intention to continually grow and develop the practice in all areas.

Understand and implement the Firm's approach to excellence to provide an exceptional service to all clients.

Take a proactive approach to the work carried out for clients.

Work towards clear objectives that support fee earners in the twin aims of generating and delivering quality client work.

Be alert to any problems being experienced by clients and react positively to these.

Take responsibility for identifying and resolving client care issues.

Take part constructively in the performance review process and undertake agreed training and development activities.

Adhere to office and compliance procedures, including health and safety requirements.

Acknowledge and welcome visitors to the office.

Deal with telephone and email enquiries.

Arrange property viewings and process viewing payments.

Manage the process of bringing properties to market, including coordinating preparations and distributing required paperwork.

Update and maintain the Estate Agency database.
