About Bayou Spa

About the Role

As a Bayou Spa Therapist, you will be at the heart of what we do — delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments in a calm environment.

You will work as part of a skilled, close-knit team with a shared commitment to excellence, consistency, and genuine client care. Every treatment you deliver carries a high standard — and we will support you fully in upholding it.

What You Will Be Doing

— Deliver exceptional treatments across your area of expertise, which may include massage therapy, facials, beauty treatments
— Design each session around the individual client's needs through thorough consultation
— Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation, and treatment room preparation
— Educate clients on the benefits of regular treatments and recommend appropriate retail products to support their results at home

What We Are Looking For

— NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent qualification) in Facial Therapy, Massage, or a related discipline
— Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness environment
— Proficiency in at least one of the following: massage therapy, advanced facials
— Warm, professional, and client-focused in every interaction
— Physically resilient and comfortable maintaining high standards across a full day of treatments
— Reliable, punctual, and takes genuine pride in their work
— Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
— Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
