Full job description

Atlantis Tanks Group Ltd is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Mildenhall.

This is a varied role at the heart of our sales operation. You will work closely with our sales team, customers and other departments to ensure enquiries, quotations and orders are handled efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the day-to-day administration of our sales function, including answering incoming calls, supporting quotations, processing customer orders and maintaining accurate information within our Odoo ERP and CRM system.

This would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, is highly organised and takes pride in providing excellent support to both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer telephone calls and help direct and manage enquiries.
Support the sales team with preparing and issuing quotations.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure orders contain the correct customer, product, pricing and delivery information.
Liaise with customers regarding quotations, orders and general enquiries.
Support salespeople with day-to-day sales administration.
Create and maintain customer companies and contact records within Odoo.
Log and maintain sales opportunities and CRM information.
Ensure customer and sales data is complete, accurate and kept up to date.
Assist with progressing enquiries and quotations through the sales process.
Work closely with purchasing, operations, logistics and finance where required to help ensure orders progress smoothly.
Help maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the enquiry and order process.
Provide general administrative support to the wider commercial team.
Help provide after sales & warranty support

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident and professional when speaking with customers on the telephone.
Comfortable working with computer systems and managing data.
Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy working environment.
A clear and professional communicator.
Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Keen to learn about our products, customers and industry.

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar office-based role would be advantageous.

Experience using an ERP or CRM system would also be beneficial, although full training on Odoo and our internal processes will be provided.
