About the role

In this role, you’ll support the administration of Accident & Health insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing of new business, renewals and policy updates while delivering a responsive service to customers and brokers.

What you’ll be doing

Processing new and renewal insurance policies, including mid-term adjustments and client updates

Preparing and issuing policy documentation in line with required standards

Responding to customer and broker queries via email, telephone and online platforms

Maintaining accurate records and gathering relevant information to support policy changes

Managing follow-ups and diary actions to meet deadlines

Ensuring all activities align with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be an organised and proactive administrator with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in insurance administration or a customer-focused role

Understanding of private medical, travel or Accident & Health insurance products

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Confident using systems and handling data

A collaborative approach with the ability to work well in a team
