Job Overview

MARCO Limited is a leading provider of innovative smart weighing solutions, helping global manufacturers improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. As part of the ATS Group, we operate at the forefront of industrial technology.

Responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing electro-mechanical weighing systems, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery, we are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join our team based in Edenbridge, Kent.

Key Responsibilities include:

Interpreting engineering drawings and instructions to assemble electro-mechanical systems to high standards.
Collaborating with Design, Projects & Procurement Teams to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Calibrating and testing systems and sub-assemblies.
Installing and configuring MARCO system software.
Supporting product and materials movement, assiting with goods inwards as neccassary.
Packing finished goods in preparation for shipping.
Maintaining 6S standards and housekeeping.
Adhering to high standards of health & safety and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience assembling electro-mechanical systems
Comfortable reading engineering drawings
Skilled using hand tools and soldering
Strong attention to detail
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
IT literate

Desired Skills & Experience:

Engineering qualification (HND or equivalent)
Software or network troubleshooting
Forklift licence
Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience
