Café Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager to lead our brand-new café at Seamill Hydro Hotel Resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to oversee the day-to-day running of a new café concept, delivering exceptional service in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Lead, motivate, and support the café team, creating a positive and welcoming working environment.
Manage staff rotas, daily briefings, and team performance.
Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in line with company procedures.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste.
Prepare and serve food and drinks made in the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health safety, and licensing regulations.
Drive sales by maintaining excellent standards and promoting seasonal offers where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

Previous supervisory or management experience within a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with stock control and ordering.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
