Celebrate life’s finest moments in the timeless elegance of our Scottish Estate, a beautifully restored, family-owned luxury manor. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our team and shape the future of this landmark property.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of an exciting new Manor House Hotel in Falkirk. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing an exceptional guest experience, building a strong team, and driving operational excellence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff across departments
Manage front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance operations
Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability
Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

About You

A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a 4–5 star hotel
Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance targets
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
Knowledge of hospitality systems and operational best practices
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Experience in refurbishment projects (advantageous)
