About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday until Friday 08:00 - 17.00.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

OCS is recruiting a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a passionate and driven team, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy and professional environment.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients and staff with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Manage reception processes, including issuing visitor and contractor passes and ensuring proper sign-in procedures.
Handle incoming calls efficiently and assist with customer enquiries.
Oversee meeting room bookings and support event logistics, including room setup and customer assistance.
Perform mailroom duties and support building health and safety procedures as required.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Previous experience in a high-profile Reception or Front of House role is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Highly organized with attention to detail and professional presentation.
Must be able to obtain DBS, BPSS, and SC clearances (processed and funded by the business).
